Home Assist Service

GMX-IT provides an comprehensive yet economical Home Assist Service. We can visit your home and provide support and advice for new installations and existing hardware/software issues. Many of our clients request our staff to give advise and training on various software software products.
The good news is that we have NO CALLOUT FEE if you live in the Essex area. Fees for our services are £25 + vat pet hour, but there is NO CHARGE for our services if we cannout significantly assist the customer with their issue.
